During this bootcamp, we will train Lifts, Inversions, and Backward Bending. We will practice Ashtanga daily & for those interested in competing, we will choose your individual routine for the USA Yoga Sports Federation Nationals 2025 / Worlds 2026 Competition.

*This MYB investment does not include accommodation for the week because the price is vastly different from renting a villa and renting individual condos on the same street or even in the same building. Individual airbnb options are available from $230-$250 for the entire week. Tulum is very walkable and we will walk as a squad for group practices and excursions! I have a list of individual accommodation options and a group villa for 5 to share. Upon making your deposit, a registration email will be sent with accommodation options.
